Keep everyone's calendar right when the plan changes

Anyone on the trip can subscribe their calendar to it. The trip's days and plans appear in their calendar app and update when the itinerary changes, whenever the calendar app next checks.

The trip brief puts the whole plan on one page: the overview, where you're staying, the day-by-day plan and the decisions. The leader can share it as a read-only link or print it from the web.
